The Kitty is a sports betting information, analytics, and account management platform. Because the Services may involve sports betting information, Linked Sportsbook Accounts, subscriptions, AI features, location permissions, profile photos, analytics, and push notifications, we believe it is important to explain our privacy practices clearly.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

2. Privacy at a Glance

This summary is not a substitute for the full Privacy Policy, but it highlights important points:Sportsbook account synchronization providers, including SharpSports.

• We collect basic account information, including first name, last name, email address, and password, and require email verification.

• You may optionally provide a phone number and profile photo.

• When you link a sportsbook through SharpSports, The Kitty does not receive or store sportsbook usernames or passwords.

• With your authorization, The Kitty may receive sportsbook balances, bet history, open bets, pending bets, settled bets, and related account information.

• Apple or Google process subscription payments. The Kitty does not receive or store payment card numbers or banking information.

• Location is optional and used only when initiating certain sportsbook deep-link features. We do not track your location in the background.

• Kitty Assist uses AI providers such as OpenAI and Anthropic. AI conversations are not designed to persist after the app is closed.

• You can delete your account. Deletion is intended to be immediate and permanent, subject to limited legal, technical, security, backup, or dispute-resolution exceptions.

3. Information We Collect

We collect information in several ways: information you provide directly, information generated through your use of the Services, information received from Third-Party Providers you authorize, and information collected automatically through devices, analytics, and infrastructure tools.

We aim to collect only information reasonably necessary to provide, improve, secure, support, and personalize the Services.

4. Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your first name, last name, email address, and password. Email verification is required before your account becomes active.

We use account information to create and maintain your account, authenticate access, verify email ownership, send password resets, communicate important account and subscription information, provide customer support, maintain security, and operate the Services.

Passwords are not stored in plain text by The Kitty.

5. Optional Profile Information

You may choose to provide optional profile information, such as a phone number or profile photo. Optional profile information is voluntary and is not required to use the core Services.

Profile photos are used to personalize your account. They are processed to optimize performance and are not displayed to other users through the Services. If you choose to add a profile photo, we may request access to your camera or photo library solely so you can capture, upload, update, or remove that photo.

6. Linked Sportsbook Accounts

The Kitty allows users to link supported sportsbook accounts through SharpSports or other supported Third-Party Providers. When you choose to link a sportsbook account, you may be redirected to SharpSports and/or the applicable sportsbook to authenticate your account.

The Kitty does not receive, store, or have access to your sportsbook username or password.

With your authorization, SharpSports may provide The Kitty with information from your Linked Sportsbook Accounts, which may include account balances, bet history, open wagers, pending wagers, settled wagers, account activity, wagering information, and other account information made available through SharpSports or the applicable sportsbook as additional features become available.

We use Linked Sportsbook Account information to provide sportsbook synchronization, bet tracking, bankroll views, performance analytics, personalized insights, responsible gaming tools, product improvements, customer support, and other features made available through the Services.

The Kitty does not place wagers, accept wagers, move funds, deposit money, withdraw money, or otherwise conduct transactions with sportsbooks on your behalf.

7. Subscription and Payment Information

If you subscribe to Kitty Pro through Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing, your payment is processed by the applicable app store and not by The Kitty.

The Kitty does not receive or store your payment card number, banking information, Apple ID password, Google account password, or other payment credentials.

To provide subscription features, The Kitty may receive information necessary to manage your subscription, including subscription status, product purchased, purchase date, renewal date, expiration date, cancellation status, and other subscription-related information made available by the applicable app store.

We use subscription information to verify entitlement, provide access to Kitty Pro features, manage account access, provide customer support, and comply with legal and accounting obligations.

8. Location Information

The Kitty may request access to your device location when you choose to initiate certain sportsbook-related features, such as opening a linked sportsbook through a jurisdiction-specific deep link.

Location permission is optional. If you decline location access, certain sportsbook linking or deep-link features may not function as intended; however, most other features remain available.

The Kitty does not continuously monitor your location and does not collect location information in the background.

When location is used, it is used solely to determine the appropriate jurisdiction-specific sportsbook destination and improve sportsbook integration functionality. We do not use your location for advertising, behavioral profiling, or location-based marketing.

Sportsbooks remain solely responsible for verifying a user location and eligibility before accepting a wager.

9. Camera, Photo Library, and Profile Photos

If you choose to upload or capture a profile photo, The Kitty may request permission to access your device camera or photo library. These permissions are used only for the profile photo feature you choose to use.

The Kitty does not use camera or photo library permissions to access unrelated photos, record continuously, or collect media unrelated to the profile photo feature.

You may update or remove your profile photo through account settings.

10. Odds, Sports Data, and Availability

We may collect device, usage, analytics, and technical information, such as device type, operating system, app version, IP address, session activity, feature usage, crash information, performance information, diagnostic data, and other information generated when you use the Services.

We use analytics and diagnostic information to understand how the Services are used, improve performance, identify bugs, prevent abuse, secure the platform, maintain reliability, and develop new features.

The Kitty may use push notifications to provide account alerts, product updates, odds or sports-related alerts, subscription notifications, responsible gaming notifications, and other messages related to the Services. You can manage push notification permissions through your device settings.

11. Kitty Assist and AI Information

Kitty Assist uses AI providers such as OpenAI and Anthropic to generate informational responses, research assistance, and betting-related analysis.

Information you provide to Kitty Assist, including prompts, questions, and context, may be processed by The Kitty and AI providers to generate responses and operate the feature.

Kitty Assist is not designed to provide persistent memory. AI conversations are generally lost once the app is closed, subject to technical operation of the Services and applicable providers.

You should not provide sensitive personal information to Kitty Assist unless necessary for your request.

12. How We Use Information

You agree not to misuse the Services. You may not:

• Create, verify, and maintain user accounts.

• Provide free and paid Services, including Kitty Pro.

• Synchronize Linked Sportsbook Accounts and display sportsbook information.

• Track bets, balances, bankroll, and performance metrics.

• Build Bet Slips and support Deep Links to sportsbooks.

• Generate AI-powered informational responses through Kitty Assist.

• Provide sports data, odds comparison, analytics, and personalization.

• Process subscription entitlements through Apple or Google.

• Send account, security, support, subscription, product, and push notifications.

• Respond to support requests.

• Improve, secure, debug, and monitor the Services.

• Detect fraud, abuse, technical issues, or violations.

• Comply with legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, and app store obligations.

13. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information in the traditional sense. We may share information with service providers and Third-Party Providers as necessary to operate, improve, secure, and support the Services.

We may share information with:

• SharpSports and other sportsbook integration providers for Linked Sportsbook Account functionality.

• Sports data and odds providers as needed to deliver content.

• AI providers, including OpenAI and Anthropic, to operate Kitty Assist.

• Apple, Google, and other app store or payment platforms for subscription verification and entitlement management.

• Supabase, SendGrid, Redis, analytics providers, hosting providers, infrastructure providers, and other vendors that support authentication, storage, email, notifications, analytics, caching, security, and operations.

• Professional advisors, legal counsel, auditors, insurers, or investors where reasonably necessary.

• Government authorities, courts, regulators, or law enforcement if required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or legal interests.

If The Kitty is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate protections.

14. Third-Party Providers

The Services rely on independent Third-Party Providers. These providers may change over time. Examples include SharpSports, The Odds API, Ball Dont Lie, OpenAI, Anthropic, Apple, Google, Supabase, SendGrid, Redis, analytics providers, hosting providers, and notification providers.

Third-Party Providers operate independently and may maintain their own privacy policies, terms, security practices, and data retention practices. We encourage you to review their policies where applicable.

15. Data Retention and Account Deletion

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, and support business operations.

When you delete your account, deletion is intended to be immediate and permanent for user data controlled by The Kitty, including account profile information and associated service data, subject to limited legal, technical, security, fraud-prevention, backup, accounting, app store, or dispute-resolution exceptions.

Deleting your The Kitty account does not automatically cancel an active subscription purchased through Apple or Google. You must cancel recurring subscriptions through the applicable app store.

16. Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. However, no security system is perfect, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Kitty does not receive or store sportsbook usernames or passwords. Authentication for Linked Sportsbook Accounts is handled by SharpSports and/or the applicable sportsbook.

17. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of your information.

You can access, update, or delete certain information through your account settings. You can manage push notifications, camera access, photo library access, and location permissions through your device settings.

18. Children and Age Restrictions

The Services are not intended for children. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age to participate in sports wagering in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater, to use the Services.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected information from a child in violation of applicable law, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

19. State Privacy Rights

Residents of certain states may have additional privacy rights under applicable laws, including rights to access, delete, correct, or opt out of certain uses of personal information.

We do not knowingly sell personal information of minors. We do not use sportsbook passwords because we do not receive them.

The Kitty is operated by a United States company. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.
